Gochujang Butter Noodles
When the only thing you crave is a bowl of noodles.
1 lb. soup noodles (soba, udon)
6 Tbs. (3 oz. cup) Aux Délices des Bois Lemon Herb Garlic Butter
Salt and pepper
4 Tbs. gochujang paste
4 Tbs. honey
4 Tbs. rice vinegar
Optional: Salt and pepper, fresh herbs
Cook pasta. Drain, reserving cooking liquid.
In a large, heavy bottomed saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Heat over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 4 minutes.
Add the noodles to the sauce, thinning out with cooking liquid, if desired. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs.
