Grilled Lobster Tails with Truffle Butter

A festive, easy dish for celebration meals. Do-ahead through Step 2.

Plunge lobster in boiling salted water. Boil for 7 minutes. Drain and cool enough to handle without burning yourself. Slice the lobster in half from head through tail. 

Tuck knobs of Black Truffle Butter between the shells and the partially cooked meat.

Broil or grill until the meat is opaque and the butter is melted.
