Strip or Ribeye Steak with Red Wine Shallot Butter

Cauliflower is a gorgeous alternative to steak.

Grill or roast steak and onion to your desired temperature. Remove from heat, top with a generous dollop of Aux Délices des Bois Red Wine Shallot Butter. 

Tent with foil for 10 minutes (5 if using cauliflower) to let meat absorb the butter.   

Serve hot with new potatoes grilled or roasted in Aux Délices des Bois Duck Fat.
