Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping rates

Orders of $75 or more ship free. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $8.95. All subscription orders ship free.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Carriers and delivery

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx Ground. Transit times vary by location and typically range from 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost or stolen packages

Once your order has shipped, it is in the carrier's care. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still can't locate it, contact us at whatscooking@auxdelices.com and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
