Cancellation policy

Certain products are available by subscription. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency you chose, at the subscription price displayed at checkout plus applicable taxes, until you cancel. Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date.

We will send a reminder email before each renewal charge. You may skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at whatscooking@auxdelices.com. Changes and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to apply to that order. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.

Renewal orders that have already been charged and processed cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as provided in our Return and Refund Policy. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change affects your subscription. Subscription pricing, free shipping, and access to subscription-only products end when your subscription is cancelled.
