Baked Clams with Lemon Herb Garlic Butter

This crunchy taste of the sea lets summer linger longer.

Soak and brush clams. 

Steam to open, about 7 minutes. Set clams, shell side down, on sheet pan. 

For topping, mix panko or breadcrumbs with Lemon Herb Garlic Butter. 

Spoon onto clams. Bake at 425F until golden/crunchy, about 12 minutes.
