Fried Green Tomatoes
2 firm green tomatoes
1 c flour
Salt and pepper
2 Tbs Old Bay seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
2 c cornmeal
Slice tomatoes. Dredge in seasoned flour, dip in egg, and coat in cornmeal.
Heat Bacon Fat to sizzling in cast iron skillet. Fry the tomatoes until coating turns crunchy, about 6 minutes per side.
