White Truffle Bruschetta

Keep this recipe on speed dial for last minute entertaining or crunchy accompaniment for winter soups.

Lightly brush bread with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle sea salt over all. Grill or broil on both sides, just until you get some lightly burnt edges.

Spread ½ oz. White Truffle Butter on each toast. Top with a slice of prosciutto.
